Super cute, updated one bedroom condo with beach views on sought after Sunset Beach in Treasure Island. One of only a few units in the whole complex that has views of the beach from the unit and balcony. This spacious open and airy second floor unit features an open floorplan, ceramic tile floors, granite countertops and a walk in shower. This complex also has a beach front pool. Just a few feet to the to the amazing white sandy beach and enjoy your morning coffee right in the sand while listening to the smoothing relaxing waves. Bring your fishing rod or maybe surfboard or just enjoy laying in the sun, and swimming in the Gulf of Mexico or in the huge gorgeous heated beachside pool of the Chateau. Take a walk over to Caddy’s and have lunch or order your sunset cocktail. Once back home fire up that BBQ grill and sit on the picnic tables while you enjoy a perfect dinner. So much to do in our area. Within a few miles you will find famous John’s Pass, open morning markets, lots of restaurants and bars and shopping. Short drive to downtown St. Petersburg, Busch Gardens, and even Orlando for a day trip to the theme parks. This is the best lifestyle you can find, in Pinellas county you can fully emerge in the beachy “Flip Flop” life with no care in the world or put on your fancy dress and go visit vibrant and every growing downtown St. Petersburg with amazing restaurant, the new Pier, Tropicana field and Al Lang stadium, Museums and so much more. Cleaning fee $135 upon arrival if not on quote. Our Booking fee is not refundable once credit card payment is made. Parking pass cost if lost $75.
