Entire Boutique Condo Building On The Beach In City Center With Pool! You won t have to see anyone unless you order a pizza! Casa Gia offers 4 units, designed to be individual rentals. With 11 beds total, Casa Gia comfortable sleeps 20 people in beds. If you pull out the sofa beds, you gain sleeping space for 7 more, bringing the maximum allowed to 24 people. Each suite has their own full kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer. Think of it like a 4 unit condo. Smart TVs everywhere, cable in living rooms and penthouse master and a whole house water filtration system make it easy to enjoy life inside after the sun goes down.

The penthouse, known as The Sunset Suite, is on the top of the building, the 3rd floor. Use the elevator to get there! This suite has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a bonus room with a twin pullout, WD, very large kitchen, dining area, living room and a massive balcony.

On the second floor you'll find two suites with identical layouts. Each have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, WD, a full kitchen and large balconies, perfect for the sunset.
On the ground floor is our Dolphin Cabin. It s our hippest unit, outfitted with fiberoptic stars in the ceiling, built in bunkbeds and USB charger ports wherever you might need to charge a device. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a built in bunkbed nook and a sleeper sofa, WD, full kitchen and direct access to the pool deck, this is the suite that functions like a pool house.

The property has 4 garage parking spot and plenty of overflow parking on site. Landscape lighting keeps the area illuminated very nicely at night. The pool and hot tub have color changing LED lights, as well.

Across the street is the Indian Shores Municipal Building. Inside you can find a library. The police and fire rescue are also located there. Directly next door is the areas premier restaurant, Salt Rock Grill. And a block away is Indian Shores Coffee. Just beyond the coffee shop is the "World s Wurst Dive Bar," Mahuffers. Every Sunday during season, you ll find a morning market directly across the street from Casa Gia. All these great places couldn t get any closer! I almost forgot the mention the beach! You have direct access to the beach. It s perfect. You re right there. Nothing in between you and the water.

And just on a personal note, I pride myself on offering a rental that cleans WAY above and beyond our competition. I learned bedspreads are only mandated to be laundered twice a year.
