This beach home is located on Gulf Blvd beach side just steps to the sand of the Gulf of Mexico. This home is beautifully equipped for a short vacation or longer stay. We have two beautifully decorated bedrooms with a king bed and a queen. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, closet, tv and there is also a third bathroom in the living area! Kitchen boast granite counters and white cabinetry and it’s fully equipped for the chef in the house…oh and the wet bar is a nice additional to the ample living room and dining areas…and yes… We have a washer and dryer inside the home. Bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas in the private shed for you to use along with a bike. Find plenty of space in the tropical and sunny backyard with ample sitting and areas to enjoy entertaining yourself whilst grilling out or simply just lounging around enjoying the sun. We also have a nice screened in patio with comfortable sitting and AC so you can enjoy the tropical setting without being fully outdoors. Walk out the back gate into the beach trail and find yourself dipping your toes in the sand within steps or you can walk to the many restaurants in our area like Guppies, Keegans, TJs, Café De Paris and more! Bring your golf car and take advantage of our enormous amount of parking! bring your boat on a trailer along! Possibilities are endless in this fully remodeled Beach Vacation home.
