Enjoy the comfortable Outdoor high top dining furniture in balcony to enjoy sunsets and outdoor dinning. Ready for your next vacation! Our condo is fully furnished and lovely decorated to reflect a serene beach home feel. The kitchen is extensively stocked with anything you might need for a quick or elaborate meal including baking and roasting ware, large pots and pans, blender, coffe maker, crock pot, etc. The Main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, king bed, walk in closet and tv. The second bedroom has two twin beds that we can convert to an additional King bed when requested. for your short or extended stay. We offer a beach locker with beach chairs, toys and umbrella. Our linens include beach towels and extra blankets. Our setting is comfortable located close to Restaurants, beach boutiques, water rentals and more. Quick and easy drive to Tampa International Airport (40 minutes away), Clearwater and St Pete airport (20 minutes away), as well as all shopping and Johns Pass! Please contact us to book your vacation. We know you will love this beautifully maintained property and the world renowned beach. Update: Booking fee non refundable after processing. Cleaning fee is $200 if not paid with booking through airbnb or vrbo then will have to pay upon arrival to manager. We are running an September/October Special and rates reflect a heavy discount as there will be work going on in the building, specifically the balconies are being redone so access to balconies is closed, also pool closed from Last week in November to third week in December, however you are still getting a great condo on the beach close to restaurants in our beautiful Indian Rocks beach, message for details. Although inconvenienced this is a great opportunity to rent a beautiful beach front condo in a great location to enjoy our area.

Although inconvenienced this is a great opportunity to rent a beautiful beach front condo in a great location to enjoy our area.
